Privacy Policy

This policy explains how G3NO SYSTEMS LLC ("G3NO SYSTEMS", "we", "us") handles personal information collected through this website, g3nosystems.com. It does not cover our apps. Each app has its own privacy notice: see the CertMonk Privacy Policy, the MoatKey Privacy Policy and the PonchoGuard Privacy Policy and the ShroudWave Privacy Policy. Other apps still in development will publish theirs before release. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.
What we collect
Information you give us. If you join a waitlist or sign up for updates, we collect your email address and which list you joined. If you use the contact form, we collect your name, email address and message.
Information collected automatically. Like almost every website, our hosting provider keeps standard server logs: your IP address, browser type, the pages you request and the time of the request. These logs are used to keep the site running and secure.
No cookies or tracking. This site doesn't set cookies and doesn't use analytics, advertising trackers or social media pixels. Fonts and images are served from our own server.
How we use it

We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it with anyone for their own marketing or for targeted advertising.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of service providers who handle data only on our behalf: our web host (Namecheap) and our email provider (Microsoft 365). We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or users' safety, or as part of a sale or reorganization of our business.
How long we keep it
We keep signup emails until you unsubscribe or we no longer need the list, for example after an app launches. We keep contact messages as long as needed to handle your request. Server logs are kept for a limited time by our host.
Your choices and rights
- Unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send, or by emailing us.
- Access, correct or delete your information by emailing info@g3nosystems.com.
Depending on where you live, for example California, the EU or the UK, you may have additional rights under local law. We honor these requests for everyone, wherever you live, and we won't treat you differently for making one.
Children
This website isn't directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we'll delete it.
Security
This site uses encrypted connections (HTTPS), and we limit who can access the information we collect. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.
Where your data is processed
G3NO SYSTEMS is based in the United States, and our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll update the effective date above. If a change is significant, we'll give notice on this site or by email.
