Help with their phone, with their say-so.
ScreenGecko lets you see and, on Android, guide someone's phone from your computer or your own phone. They see who's asking, agree to each step, and can stop with one tap.

You start a session
You get a 6-digit code and a QR code. Codes work once and expire after 10 minutes.
They see who's asking
Their phone shows your name, the connection and a scam reminder before anything is shared.
They choose, and can stop
Screen sharing, your pointer and control are separate yes-or-no steps. A red Stop button ends everything.
Nothing happens without them
Remote help is exactly what phone scammers fake. ScreenGecko is built so the person being helped is always in charge, and always knows what happened.
Every permission is their choice
Android asks them before the screen is shared. Control needs a second, separate agreement in Android's settings, after a plain explanation of what it allows.
Point and draw without control
Often "tap here" is enough. Your pointer, arrows and circles show on their phone, and drawings fade on their own.
Find buttons by name
With control on, text mode lists what's on their screen so you can search "Wi-Fi" and tap it. Password fields always show as dots.
A summary when it ends
Both sides see what happened, in order: who helped, when, and whether control was used. Typed text is never listed, only how many characters.
