One place for the logins, vendor portals and two-factor codes your team shares. Each person keeps their own private vault, and nobody hands over a master password.
What you get
- Unlimited shared Castles. A Castle per department, client or system, each with its own members.
- Roles. Viewer, Editor or Castle Admin for each person in each Castle.
- Shared two-factor codes. The whole team can use an account protected by an authenticator code.
- Encrypted on every device. Logins and codes are encrypted before they sync; our servers store only the encrypted form.
- Quantum-safe sharing and safety numbers, so you can confirm nobody swapped a key.
- Seats you control. One seat per person. Add or remove seats any time.
Price
$5 per person a month, or $50 per person a year. Payments are handled by Stripe. Cancel any time; it takes effect at the end of the period you've paid for. See the MoatKey Terms and our Refund Policy.
How to sign up
Your MoatKey account is created on your own computer, because that is where your encryption keys are made. Signing up takes about two minutes.
- Install MoatKey for Chrome or Edge from the Chrome Web Store. It also works in Brave, Opera and other Chrome-based browsers.
- Create your account and save your Emergency Kit.
- Open Settings → Plan & billing, choose Team, enter how many people, and pay with Stripe.
- Create a shared Castle and invite your team by email. They can use MoatKey in Chrome, Edge or on Android.
Edge: the button opens the Chrome Web Store. Choose Allow extensions from other stores once, then Get. The Edge Add-ons listing is in review.
