ShroudWave In testing on Android

Something is hidden in the static.

ShroudWave is a circuit puzzle game. Turn wire tiles to route a signal to the receiver, let the chips on the way add, subtract, multiply and divide it, and land exactly on the target. Get it right and the picture behind the static is yours.

Try it: drag the slider to lock the picture in, like the last step of every level.

Plan the route, then transmit

Turning a tile shows which wires join, not the number, so you work it out in your head. The first transmit is free; every guess after that drains your battery. New parts arrive one at a time as the levels get harder.

Two steps to every picture

First wire the circuit so the signal reaches the receiver at exactly the right frequency. Then lock it in on the tuner: the cleaner your lock, the better the picture comes through.

  • Hints that explain what the board is doing, not just the answer
  • Undo any move, and an Assist mode if you just want to relax

Collect every transmission

Each picture you recover becomes a card in your album, with its rarity, how cleanly you locked it and a line from the station log on the back. Levels keep going, and rarer pictures turn up as they get harder.

  • Chapters that open with a new part of the story
  • Scores for moves, speed and battery left
  • Plays offline, no account needed, progress saved on your phone
