Promo codes

Promo codes work in the web app at app.certmonk.app. The Android app doesn't take codes, but a Cert Pass you get with a code works in the Android app too, on the same account.

Use a code

1. Sign in at app.certmonk.app and open Plans.
2. Under Have a promo code?, type the code and choose Apply.
3. What happens next depends on the code:
   • A discount code shows the lower price on each eligible Cert Pass. Choose the pass and check out; checkout confirms the final price.
   • A free Cert Pass code asks you to choose the certification, then Unlock it for free.

To take a code off, choose Remove code. Each code can be used once per account.

What the messages mean

• This code isn't valid. Check the spelling and try again.
• This code has expired or has been used up. The offer has ended, for example because it was limited to a number of purchases.
• You have already used this code. Codes work once per account.
• This code isn't valid for this certification. The code covers other certifications only.
• This code works on one Cert Pass, not a bundle. Check out a single pass instead.
• Too many code attempts. Wait an hour and try again.

Bundles use the bundle price or your code, whichever is lower; a code doesn't stack with student or bundle discounts.
