These terms apply to your use of g3nosystems.com (the "site"), operated by G3NO SYSTEMS LLC, a South Carolina limited liability company ("G3NO SYSTEMS", "we", "us"). By using the site you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
About the apps on this site
CertMonk is available now and is governed by the CertMonk Terms of Service. Our other apps are in development: their descriptions, screenshots, features, platforms, pricing and release dates are previews and may change or never be released. Nothing on this site about an unreleased app is an offer to sell, a guarantee of any feature, or a promise of availability. Each app comes with its own terms when it's released, and those terms govern your use of that app (see the MoatKey Terms of Service and the PonchoGuard Terms of Service). Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.
Waitlists and emails
Joining a waitlist or signing up for updates doesn't guarantee access to any app or program. You can unsubscribe at any time. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the site. That includes trying to break or bypass its security, interfering with its operation, submitting spam or malicious content through its forms, or using it for anything unlawful.
Intellectual property
The site and its content, including text, graphics, logos and the names G3NO SYSTEMS, MoatKey, ShroudWave, CertMonk, Scattio, DeskMedic, PonchoGuard and ScreenGecko (formerly Remote2Phone), belong to G3NO SYSTEMS LLC or its licensors. You may view and share links to the site for personal, non-commercial purposes, but you may not copy, modify or reuse its content without our permission. Other product names, logos and trademarks mentioned belong to their respective owners, and their mention doesn't imply affiliation or endorsement. Some images are used under their own licenses and are credited where required.
Links to other sites
The site may link to websites we don't control. We aren't responsible for their content or practices.
Disclaimer
The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't guarantee that the site will be accurate, complete, uninterrupted or free of errors.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, G3NO SYSTEMS LLC won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits or revenue, arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim related to the site is limited to $100.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to the site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Greenville County, South Carolina, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
